499de Terms and Conditions

Section 01

General Provisions

499de is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers users cricket betting, casino games, slots, poker, and various other entertainment gaming experiences.

499de reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to re-read this page before each use.

• The platform user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

• A person may operate only one account.
• These terms apply equally across all languages, devices, and means of access.

Section 02

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on 499de, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be at least 21 years of age (this platform is for users aged 21 and above only).
• Must have a valid national identity card or passport.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• The individual must be confirmed to be of sound mind and registering voluntarily.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If someone uses your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. Sharing or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

499de may request valid documents to verify a user's identity when required. 499de reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Submitted documents will be used solely for verification purposes.

Section 03

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 499de are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for secure and fast payments.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each payment method).
• The account used for depositing must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• A deposit cannot be directly refunded if a bonus is active.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed after verification.
• Withdrawing via the same method used to deposit is the general rule; withdrawals using a different method may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Currency and Conversion

All bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion charges apply.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

499de bonus offers are a special benefit for users. However, each bonus has specific conditions, and without meeting them, it will not be possible to withdraw the bonus or any winnings earned through it.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25x (you must place bets totalling 25 times the combined sum of the deposit and bonus).
• The bonus applies once only and is valid for each user once.
• To claim a bonus, you must apply within the designated period.
• 499de reserves the right to withdraw the deposit or bonus if all bonus conditions are not met.

VIP Program

The 499de VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

To advance to a higher tier, you must use the platform regularly and actively. 499de reserves the right to change or suspend VIP benefits at any time.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account, IP address, or device.
• Bonus balances are non-transferable.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.
• Terms and conditions for special promotions will apply separately.

Section 05

Betting Rules

Betting activities on 499de are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live events, and there is no manipulation involved.

General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 499de will investigate and take appropriate action.
• If evidence of manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be cancelled.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits may vary by game.

Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or unresolved, bets are generally refunded.
• Odds changes in live betting will apply in real time.
• If an event schedule changes, action will be taken in accordance with 499de policy.

Casino Games

All casino games are operated to ensure fair play. Game provider software is tested regularly. If a technical error occurs in a game, that session may be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another family member's account.
• Placing bets in an organised manner with the intent to abuse the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct toward other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Responsible Gaming

499de places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial harm. Our platform has various protective tools available.

Limit-Setting Features

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Set time limits for gaming sessions.
• Apply for a temporary or permanent account suspension on your own initiative.
• Use the self-exclusion feature to stop using the platform for a set period.

Section 09

Account Suspension and Closure

499de may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is proven.
• If false registration information is provided.
• If fraudulent activity is conducted from the account.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (no activity for at least 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

After an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) is generally returned, though this may differ while an investigation is ongoing.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

499de makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free. However, 499de will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access (if caused by the user's own negligence).
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
• Personal or financial problems arising from gaming.

Users use the platform at their own responsibility and risk. 499de's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the user's single transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will review your complaint within 48 hours and attempt to resolve it.

Complaint Process

• Provide your account number, date, and a description of the incident.
• The decision of the 499de authority will be final and binding.
• False or fabricated complaints may result in account termination.

Section 12

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any waiver of a term of this agreement must be made through a separate written consent, not through silence.

• These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative.
• 499de may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 499de and the user.
• No third party is a beneficiary of this agreement.
